Fees for services are stated clearly during booking. Payment is required in advance or as otherwise arranged. Refunds or credits will only be provided for:

Services cancelled with appropriate notice
Errors on our part
Situations where we cannot deliver the service as promised

Return and Refund Policy

At Bula Vinaka Wellness Hub™, we are committed to providing quality services that support the wellbeing of our clients and communities. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below, which applies to counselling sessions, programs, workshops, and any wellness products or digital content we may offer.

1. Service Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments (Counselling / Coaching / Consultations)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund or credit.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session fee may be non-refundable.
No-shows or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds unless due to emergency circumstances, assessed case-by-case.

Workshops / Training Programs / Events

Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 5 business days before the event.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session.
If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

2. Wellness Products or Digital Resources (If Applicable)

If you sell eBooks, journals, or wellness toolkits:

Digital Products are non-refundable once delivered.
If a download link or product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days for a corrected file or a full refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund
