All counselling and therapeutic services are delivered in a culturally safe, confidential, and trauma-informedmanner. We are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent care, please contact emergency services.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees for services are stated clearly during booking. Payment is required in advance or as otherwise arranged. Refunds or credits will only be provided for:

  • Services cancelled with appropriate notice
  • Errors on our part
  • Situations where we cannot deliver the service      as promised

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, visuals, programs, and resources—is owned by Bula Vinaka Wellness Hub™ unless otherwise stated.

Return and Refund Policy

At Bula Vinaka Wellness Hub™, we are committed to providing quality services that support the wellbeing of our clients and communities. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below, which applies to counselling sessions, programs, workshops, and any wellness products or digital content we may offer.

 1. Service Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments (Counselling / Coaching / Consultations)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24      hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund      or credit.
  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the      session fee may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows or missed appointments are not eligible for      refunds unless due to emergency circumstances, assessed case-by-case.

Workshops / Training Programs / Events

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made up      to 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the event      may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session.
  • If the event is cancelled by us, you will      receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

 2. Wellness Products or Digital Resources (If Applicable)

If you sell eBooks, journals, or wellness toolkits:

  • Digital Products are non-refundable once      delivered.
  • If a download link or product is faulty,      please contact us within 7 days for a corrected file or a full      refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a refund, cancellation, or to discuss your situation:

Please include your full name, service booked, and reason for refund or cancellation.

 4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

 5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or unexpected situation that prevents you from attending a booked session or program, please reach out. We will always aim to respond with compassion and fairness.
